In the coming blogs, I will be talking about my health and business report and my well-being in the past year.
My health improved a lot last year.
According to the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention, an average healthy person can get cold 2-3 times a year; I have managed to keep this number to 1 for myself.
This is because I had to follow a strict schedule throughout the year and make difficult sacrifices like restraining myself from eating out.
And for a person who is a die-hard fan of kachoris, trust me, it was one of the toughest decisions to pursue.
One of the other steps I took toward better health was joining the gym.
Although I struggle to maintain consistency, the gym session always stays on my schedule.
But I follow the rest of the things in my schedule very strictly.
I have moulded my mindset so that if I feel I am about to get ill, I take precautions immediately.
I constantly remind myself that I have an agency to run, and a lot depends on my well-being, and this thought keeps me motivated to take care of my health.
Because if I fall sick for even a day, there’s a very big cost associated with it, and I cannot take it lightly.
To tell you the truth, even my immunity has been on my side for the past year.
(Thanks to my mom, who cooks nutritional food for me)
And my health has never been so great before– which is uncommon for a 28-year-old guy. (Ps- I know I look a lot younger than that😉)
So, if you voluntarily choose to take care of your health, you will be good to go in the long run!
