My gym sessions got me thinking…

Hey,

Do you remember when I told you I joined the gym?

(If not, check out my previous newsletter here)

Well, I have somehow managed to pull regularity in my gym sessions.

(It’s such a big achievement😭)

And I have been listening to podcasts by Patt Flynn or Ali Abdaal while working out.

And after regularly consuming their content, this is what I learned-

A self-righteous attitude and victimhood personality will always create a disparity between words and actions.

And I feel this is enough to create mental instability for the rest of my life if not acknowledged early!

I know this is a very deep statement, but when you think about it, you realize how dangerous it can be.

A self-righteous person will always live in a delusional world where they think everybody else in the world is wrong except them.

This attitude will leave no room for improvement in their mind, and in the long run, they will become confined to older ideas contrary to the progress around the world.

Similarly, a person with a victimhood personality will always be complacent, thinking that they are the victim of the atrocities of the world.

They will blame destiny for every wrong in their life instead of analyzing the situation and looking for sustainable solutions.

And just imagine if these two personalities amalgamate together. 😧

There will be a constant disparity between the words and actions and hence, hampering the overall growth.

So why not just let go of what stops the growth?

And I think the first step to get rid of this attitude is acceptance.

Because acceptance will bring, a solution-oriented mindset and a solution-oriented mindset will always accept things as a learning experience to thrive for betterment.

And hence, growth goes brrr…. 📈

Last week, Kasyap Thakkar shared his win:

The IROF community is a bunch of Facebook ad fanatics who love sharing their successes and obstacles, and how they tackled them head-on. It’s like a big, supportive family of people who are all on the same page.

I can’t recommend this group enough – in fact, I wish it had existed when I first started dabbling in FB ads seven years ago.

But you know what they say: if you can’t find the community you want, create it yourself! 7 years later, that’s exactly what I did.

Now how can you join the community? You’ll gain instant access to my premium community once you purchase my advanced ebook- IROF, which is a game changer if you’re a Facebook ads expert.

Plus, imagine getting all your Facebook ad-related queries solved through detailed video messages(that’s not something to be missed out on).

So, go ahead, check out my book, and I’ll see you inside:

Here’s what happened on my Socials:

Social proof refers to the phenomenon where people are influenced by the actions and opinions of others. Essentially, when we see others engaging in a particular behavior or expressing a certain belief, we tend to follow suit.

With that said, I have created a youtube video that gets into the psychology of using social proof in your ads and is super helpful if you want to understand the science behind it. Click the button below for the video.

On IG, I have been going live frequently and sharing practical solutions to many of the questions you have been asking me.

The live session is still available on my feed, and I highly recommend that you watch it to get answers to some frequently asked questions:
