What people comment gives you direct insight into what people are thinking. (I mean, obviously)
And this would help you understand their mindset, values, and goals.
See if they align with your organization, and choose people accordingly.
Plus, Linkedin would also show their work experience, skillset, and work ethics.
And that’s why I feel LinkedIn is the best source for you to understand someone’s entire professional identity.
Leverage it.
