1. Thumbnail score:
I’m giving this a solid 4 out of 5.
This ad is a great lesson in visual hierarchy. Too often, I see ads where it’s unclear where the focus should be. But this? This is how you do it right. The headline is the hero, placed perfectly to grab attention instantly.
It tackles a common consumer objection while also highlighting the product’s innovation, making it impossible to ignore.
Once the headline hooks you, your eyes naturally move to the bullet-pointed features section, which keeps things clear and digestible.
Here’s where they could’ve done better—features are great, but benefits sell. People don’t buy products for what they are, they buy them for what they can do for them. If they had translated these features into direct benefits, this would’ve been a 5/5.
2. Click Score:
This gets a 4 out of 5 from me. The ad does its job—it stops the scroll and gets people interested.
The discount code is a smart move—it’s mentioned prominently in the creative and reiterated in the description, which is going to massively boost CTR.
However, because the offer is already front and center, the headline and description could have been used much more strategically.
Instead of repeating the discount, they could’ve added a stronger CTA, a sense of urgency, or even a direct comparison to drive more clicks.
3. Ugly Score:
I’m giving this a solid 4 out of 5.
The product image and brand name are right upfront, so there’s no ambiguity. But what really works is that this doesn’t look like a conventional ad—it’s more like an infographic, making it feel fresh, engaging, and scroll-stopping.
That uniqueness works in its favor.
4. Congruency Score:
I’m giving this a 2 out of 5.
Clicking on the ad should take you directly to the specific product page, but instead, you land on a general homepage listing all their products.
That’s friction. When users have to manually search for the item that caught their attention, they won’t. They’ll leave. This one misstep is going to tank their conversion rate massively.
Caption:
This caption is on point. It’s well-structured with paragraph breaks and emojis that make it easy to read. It also spotlights the product benefits and ends with a strong CTA, tying everything together nicely.
How can you use this for your business?
1. Master Visual Hierarchy – Make sure your audience knows exactly where to look first. Your headline should demand attention, then lead them through the rest of the ad naturally.
2. Features Tell, Benefits Sell – Don’t just list features. Translate them into real benefits that directly impact your audience’s life.
3. Reduce Friction in the Buying Process – Never send users to a generic homepage. Always link directly to the product page to increase conversions.
