1. Thumbnail score:
I’m giving this a solid 4.5 out of 5.
I love ads that showcase actual dashboards and interface screens. This ad is a textbook example of using real results to drive conversions.
No fluff—just straight to the point with a valid, logical reason to click. It’s perfect for grabbing the attention of anyone interested in e-commerce, stopping their scroll as soon as they see that dashboard.
Not only does it highlight the benefit, but it also clearly shows the timeline of these results—30 days. Pro tip: when using numbers or percentages in ads, be as specific as possible. A “31% increase” always beats a vague “30%.”
2. Click Score:
This gets a 3.5 out of 5 from me.
The ad captures attention, but the headline doesn’t quite hold it. It feels too vague to really validate that initial interest. A more specific headline would’ve made this ad much stronger.
On the plus side, the 15% off offer is a smart move—it’s likely to encourage people to click and check out the deal.
3. Ugly Score:
This gets a 5 out of 5 for me.
Using dashboard visuals and interfaces moves away from the standard ad look, and it works.
The design feels unpolished, almost like someone just threw in some random screenshots—and that’s exactly what makes it relatable and effective.
4. Congruency Score:
I’m giving this a perfect 5 out of 5.
When you click through, you land on the landing page where the exact same value proposition as mentioned in the headline are used.
The page is clean, easy to navigate, and well-organized with CTAs, and customer reviews exactly where they should be.
Caption:
The caption gets a 4 out of 5.
It starts strong, building a bit of a story. It could improve with better formatting, more bullet points, and a more detailed narrative to add weight to the offer in the ad.
How can you use this for your business?
- Including actual dashboards or interface screenshots in your ad creatives is a powerful way to show real results and credibility. If your product or service offers measurable outcomes, show it off!
- Vague claims don’t capture attention, but specific numbers do. In this ad, the timeline (“30 days”) creates urgency and a clear outcome. When using data in your ads, don’t be afraid to get specific; even slight details like “31%” instead of “30%” can make a difference. This makes your ad feel more precise, believable, and impactful.
- Using basic, unpolished dashboards and raw screenshots can break up the monotony and make your ad feel more genuine. A layout that looks casual or unrefined often gives the impression that the ad is less salesy and more informational, which lowers CPM and boosts engagement.
